Location: Etobicoke Civic Center, Meeting Room 1&2

The nearest intersection is The West Mall and Civic Centre Court.

Occasionally we have to relocate to smaller boardrooms downstairs. Please inquire on-site to find our meeting location.

 

Time: 6:00 pm-9:30 pm.

 

Facilities: Ample free parking is available. The main Boardroom utilizes a fixed set-up and is located on the main floor. There are 21 round table and 31 gallery seats. The room also hosts a bulletin, chalkboard, screen and data jack.

 

Amenities: Coffee, tea & water will be provided.

 

*** Due to security changes, the main doors are locked after 6PM. If the doors are locked you can reach us on 446.200 FM simplex and someone will open the door or join the virtual meeting and let us know you’re outside – we will attempt to have someone at the doors to let people in until 7PM ***

 

For those who cannot attend in-person, the meeting will also be available via Google Meets starting at approximately 6:45 PM.

The meeting formally begins at 7:00PM and all members are asked to do their best to arrive on time.

 

The hybrid-meeting format will utilize the in room projection system.

The boardroom has capacity for several dozen people and out of frame are dozens of chairs that can be arranged to accomodate any meeting style.
