Because Thanksgiving falls on the usual second Monday, October’s meeting is the AGM on the 19th instead of a regular club night.

  • Annual club business and reports
  • Election for Communications Director (other executive roles continue as planned)
  • Updates on club activities and coming events

Guests and prospective members are welcome. Arrive a bit early if you can so we can start on time.

Fall restart at the Civic Centre (moved from Monday because the room wasn’t available). Covered summer wrap-up, nets/Field Day notes, Members Zone access, and the AGM reminder for October 19.

When & where

Time: Doors / social ~6:00 PM · meeting starts 7:00 PM · wrap by ~9:30 PM
Please arrive ahead of time when you can, so we do not disrupt the meeting.

In person: Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall (The West Mall & Civic Centre Court)
We usually use the main boardroom on the main floor; sometimes a smaller room downstairs — ask on site if unsure.

Parking: Free visitor parking west of the main entrance

After 6:00 PM the main doors lock. If you’re locked out: call on 446.200 FM simplex, or join the Meet and let us know you’re outside. We’ll try to have someone at the doors until 7:00 PM.

The hybrid format uses the in-room projection system.
