Examination & Licensing

If you’re interested in becoming an amateur radio operator, the Skywide Amateur Radio Club offers examination through our club examiner, Robert VE3VAJ. 

Club members who join the club before writing their test will have the test administered free of charge for their first attempt and at a rate of $20 for all subsequent tests.

Fees for those would like to have the test administered without becoming skywide members must made arrangements regarding fees and penalties with the examiner.
