Join Us for the Skywide Amateur Radio Club’s Christmas Dinner 2023

We’re excited to invite all club members and their guests to the Skywide ARC Christmas Dinner. This year, as we mark the end of an eventful year, we’ll also be celebrating our club’s 71st anniversary. It’s a momentous occasion, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, December 10th, 2023

• Time: 5:00 PM (Guests are encouraged to come a bit early for a meet and greet session)

• Venue: Mandarin Restaurant, 1255 The Queensway, Etobicoke

• Menu: Buffet style 

• Cost: Attendees responsible for their individual meal costs and any alcoholic beverages.
  A Buffet Meal cost is $40 per person, less discounts such as the 20% seniors discount.
  Restaurant will bill attendees separately.

• Special Highlights: 

  • Every club member will receive a festive gift.

  • Draw for door prizes!

Registration Details: In order to ensure a smooth experience and to help us finalize numbers for the restaurant, we’re asking members to register their attendance as soon as possible.
If you’re planning to bring guests or a significant other, please include them in your registration.

A Few Notes:

• The dinner is a fantastic opportunity to socialize, reminisce about the year’s achievements, and share in the club’s festivities.

• Parking at the Mandarin Restaurant is free, so you won’t have to worry about that.

• We urge members to register early to help us with logistics, especially for things like gift purchases and name tags/place cards preparation.
